haahoo, I never said I love abortion. Hell, I look down on people who don't use contraceptive measures properly and then have an abortion. It's immoral to use abortion as a contraceptive method. But legislating morality is rubbish.

I was arguing that your potential based reasoning is flawed, because as the zygote has the potential to transform itself into a fetus and then a baby when it's born, so does the sperm has the potential at fertilizing an egg and so on. Of course I don't think masturbating is murder(lol), I was just expanding the use of your idea.

And to argument a position related to when life begins, you must define life first.
