Feministing discussing the problems men face
Guest post: Boys, men, patriarchy, and privilege
While I am familiar with the logic repelling content contained in many of feministing posts, this article has me baffled. Is this an elaborate joke?
"We know the burden of living in the same kind of body as people who are the victims of honor killings, genital mutilation, staggering rates of spousal and sexual abuse and denial of basic human rights is a heavy one. But we rarely think about the burden of living in the same kind of body as people who kill, rape, exploit, crash economies and start wars."
What does that mean? Is she asking "now that we shamed all men into feeling potential rapists do you think that maybe they feel ashamed for being in born like rapists and users even if they are good?
"It’s time to look at the full scope of the damage and see the incredible victimization of men by misogynists..."
Wow! Blaming men for victimizing men who don't rape or abuse...
There seems to be this theme of "What about teh menz" in the femsphere lately. They seem careful on how they are handling it tho as their doctrine underhandedly is misandric to the core (patriarchy theory)
Are they doing this because they are aware of MRA's but want to claim "helping men" early to prolong their demise? Or are Feminists getting antsy and looking for new stuff to write on?Feminism: Teaching fish to act like bicycles Since 1963

Greed is for amateurs.
Knowledge without wisdom is a load of books on the back of an ass.
Scorn and mockery towards men in need is one of the reasons feminism is dying as we speak!.

I think this is simply good ol' fashioned psychological warfare at play.
What we see above is them labeling all men again, negatively again, while telling us they are interested in how we operate and perceive. But as always, it's from a lopsided gynocentric point of view.
The above argument is designed to remind men "You are inherently evil" while appearing to show concern.►My blog / Your Blog

Wife : "I dreamt they were auctioning off dicks. The big ones went for ten dollars and the thick ones went for twenty dollars."
Husband : "How about the ones like mine?"
Wife : "Those they gave away."
Husband : "I had a dream too...I dreamt they were auctioning off pussy. The pretty ones went for a thousand dollars, and the little tight ones went for two thousand."
Wife : "And how much for the ones like mine?"
Husband : "That's where they held the auction."

Absolute drivel. If boys witness "shameful brutality", and that's a big 'IF', they do not associate it with gender. Likewise, when boys witness great men achieving great things they do not associate it with gender. They associate it with the individuals concerned.Boys do not have it easy growing up seeing the shameful brutality that is associated with their sex.
One-eyed, simple-minded feminists are easy to shoot down. For example, to paraphrase the simpleton's quote:
"Feminists do not have it easy trying to ignore the shameful brutality that is associated with feminism":

With all the blatantly idiotic ignorance of facts (female genital mutilation is outlawed in places where male genital mutilation happens every day, and women have far, far more rights than men, for start), all Feministing can do at this point to salvage its dignity is declare it was a parody site all along, that it was really meant to be a big joke, and never meant for anyone to take it seriously.
