Facebook Protesters Demand Social Network Add Women To All-Male Board

NEW YORK -- Protesters swarmed the entrance to Facebook’s Madison Avenue offices in New York City on Wednesday to deliver a petition with 53,000 signatures asking the world’s largest social network to add women to its all-male board ahead of its public offering.
"Shame on Facebook," chanted the more than two dozen men and women brandishing signs declaring "'Like' Women on the Board" and "Facebook: Women Are Good for Business." One protester, Anne Cardinez, called on Facebook’s female members to boycott the social network every Monday until the company adds at least one woman to its board.

It was men who built the company and made it the success that it is today. Women are not entitled to be on board with any of those men.
Another fine example of feminist parasites demanding a piece of the action, simply
because of their gender.

Did it ever occur to these women, that sometimes men want privacy sometimes? Men should be able to have a little space to talk about men specific things or do things without a woman being around. If women can have the curves and women only trains, then men should be able to have gentlemen's clubs and spaces to go.

Also, what do feminists prove by having one token women in everything? It doesn't make you superior or better than anyone, just means you're good at being an insecure jackwagon.

Does it occur to these women that facebook also has a lack of representation of Iranian Clerics, and Mozambican government officials? If the facebook board of directors is to be all inclusive doesn't a representative of the Ayatollah, a representative of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and a representative from the Kingdom of Tonga also need to be included on the board of directors? Or maybe, just maybe, a private company is not the United Nations, and there is no right for anyone to be included on its board of directors. These people are the "useful idiots" that Lenin talked about.

While Feminists generally piss me off, it is easy to dismiss the female feminists as being naive and easily misled (like children), but male feminists are just fucked - and not in a good way.

Have these feminists ever considered actually LOOKING, OBJECTIVELY, as to the potential REASONS behind this observation? I mean, how many women have actually shown any INTEREST in being on the board? I'd wager not nearly as many as men. It's astounding, as to how many of these feminists spend their time chasing stupid causes such as these; if they spent nearly as much time focussing on their careers, they'd probably be ON boards, themselves. Still, if it drives these idiots to boycott Facebook, so much the better; perhaps I'll be then less likely to see female contacts joining shitty, gynocentric groups inspired by feminism.

How about a "Ghost" on the board.

On behalf of my fellow invisibles I am flattered that anyone would think to even mention having a ghost, like myself, on the board of directors of anything at all. But I would have to decline, as I am far too rude, crude & curmudgeonly to last more than a day in such "polite" company. It really wouldn't play well to have a board member leaning out an upper story window yelling down to these protesters "show me your tits."

Besides they'd want me to wear a tie.

All these whiney feminists should be asking at the most, is how many women have even applied. If the number comes back as a reasonable figure and not one woman has been given the job, then sure they may have something to complain about... but if no women have even applied, and hence no women are on the board, what exactly is their complaint; that facebook hasn't forced women into jobs they don't want?
