I think I have said it enough that I do not in any manner exonerate the woman. Her attempts to ruin these men is as redundant as it is typical and immoral. They have done the job on themselves already. That does not excuse her and I certainly don't.

Last night a woman at the centre of sex allegations against Cronulla players told Four Corners her life has been destroyed by the incident and she's wanted to kill some of the players.

The woman, who does not wish to be identified, says a night in which she had group sex with several Cronulla players at a Christchurch hotel seven years ago has left her with psychological damage and led her to abandoning her studies.
The New Zealand Accident and Compensation Commission has found she was suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, has funded treatment for her and given her a weekly payment, the ABC has reported.
Psychiatrists reported that she was suicidal, had cut her wrists several times and bought a rope to hang herself.
She said she felt degraded and traumatised by the incident and despised the players involved.
Ex-Cronulla player Matthew Johns has admitted involvement in the incident but says it was consensual.
Among new allegations aired yesterday, the woman said two men rubbed their penises in her face while other men stood watching and masturbating.
Six men had sex with her while another six looked on. There was always someone touching her, she said.

This is the crucial point.

This woman seems to be mad only at herself but wants others to pay for the damage that she did to her own self esteem. This is something that should be checked!! Seriously, while I do understand that this woman has to deal with some very embarrassing issues as the result of her immature decision to have group sex with many men, she has to hold herself accountable for her actions. It is NOT ok for her to want to kill any of them or blame them for her discontinuing her studies. It is also not ok for the whole incident to be reported at all!! It is something that happened between a bunch of young stupid kids and it should be left at that. PERIOD!

The fact that no criminal charges were filed is an indication that all involved were consenting adults. The young lady who had a train pulled on her does not sem like a victim to me.

Group sex is a fantasy that many women and men share. Perhaps she was indulging in that fantasy during the sexual grapple match. I don't doubt that she as well as some of the men regretted doing it after the fact, because our society says that it is is immoral.

If in fact, that the woman in question was forced or coerced into performing these acts, then the men should be punished appropriately under the law.

I don't believe this to be true. And the sentiment of a sport team 'bonding' over this is a ridiculous idea.
