How old was the boy, though? If he was at least 13 or over, I fail to see the harm. I don't see how any boy who has a sex drive can possibly be scarred by sex with an older woman.

A former Florida teacher already arrested twice for allegedly having sex with two of her students has reportedly scored a hat trick, after police say she again had sex with a previous victim.

Stephanie Ragusa, 29, of Tampa was taken into custody yesterday shortly after Hillsborough County detectives saw her exiting the home of the 16-year-old boy.

It's Ragusa's third arrest since last month on similar sex charges.

"She's in need of help," sheriff's Lt. Fred Asteasuainzarra told the Tampa Tribune.

Her arrest affidavit indicates she drove to the boy's home in her boyfriend's pickup, saying she wanted to discuss her criminal case, but she and the teen ended up having sex.

Sheriff's spokesman J.D. Callaway said deputies in the neighborhood stumbled onto the arrest when they saw Ragusa leave the home.

"Before they knew it, she was coming out of the house," Callaway told the St. Petersburg Times. "It was a chance encounter that surprised the detectives."

The arrest report says Ragusa has written the boy love letters and given him presents, as well as a copy of her handwritten will.

She was charged with two counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, as police placed into evidence cell-phone video footage.

Ragusa, who taught special education at Tampa's Davidsen Middle School and math at Martinez Middle School in Lutz, Fla., previously was charged with having sex with two male students. Those allegations led to numerous counts of lewd or lascivious battery and unlawful sexual activity with a minor.

While one of the teens had been her student in class, Ragusa met the other when he was 14. He had been assigned to push her wheelchair around campus after she had broken her foot.

Detectives say Ragusa told the boy she could help him overcome his shyness, so she brought him to her apartment for three sexual encounters between October 2006 and May 2007.

Officials say that during this time, she became intimate with the other boy, and had sex with him more than 20 times between February 2007 and March 2008, including once at her home when she provided the boy a contraceptive.


The victims' stories were verified by their knowledge of tattoos of a flower and an insect in Ragusa's pelvic region that are visible only when she's undressed.

The teacher had been free on $22,500 bail until her third arrest yesterday.

Ragusa has been suspended without pay from the Hillsborough School District, and her annual contract won't be renewed at the end of the schoolyear next month.

Hillsborough County has been a hotbed of sexual activity for teachers and students in recent years.

Last year, former Wharton High School teacher and basketball coach Jaymee Wallace got three years in prison and three years probation after pleading guilty to having sex more than 50 times with a 15-year-old girl.

And Debra LaFave, a former Greco Middle School teacher, received no jail time despite having sex with her 14-year-old male student in a classroom and her home. She received three years of house arrest and seven years of probation.

Well here's the thing: those young girls probably aren't scarred either....but men have evil rape penises, you see.

Well, of course sex doesn't cause any harm to a 13+ year old man or woman. Almost all of them are getting laid by choice all the time anyway. But what's good for the gander is good for the goose. The female ought to receive the same perverted punishments that a man would get.

Neither men or women should get punished for fucking teenagers who are able to impregnate or give birth to our children. Instead of trying to get this woman punished, we should be trying to stop men for being punished for doing what nature intended. (Sex with teenage women)

now by definition a feminist is one that promotes the advancement of women they by definition can not be part of the MRA solution to misandry as such they ARE ALL the problem.

Male and female victims have multiple times the rates of negative social indicators. There is a measurable impact.

If anything we currently over-punish male offenders and under-punish female offenders.

Adult engagement of children in sexual activity locks aspects of the kids development in place at that time. Most kids don't develop empathy, essential to function in the adult world, until their late teens. The current setting with age of consent at sixteen through to eighteen(or thereabouts) is quite appropriate.

In Australia the only female sex offenders imprisoned were two who commited offenses against females and got sentences of more than ten years each.

Male victims of females are utterly marginalised, rarely see any justice and can rarely access support services which are almost always gender specific. Only ten percent of female offenders are teachers. However if a student is raped it is more than twice as likely a male victim and female teacher than the reverse.

In a group of four hundred victims eight to ten will be boys molested by female teachers while about three to four will be girls molested by male teachers.
