I really can't stand all these "sex slave" fetish people. And that this was a teacher who was doing this on a kid just makes it all the more despicable. These people have a lot of problems, and they seriously need to get some help.

A TEACHER told a student to treat her like his sex slave and threatened to "stuff up" his marks if he ended the relationship, a court has been told.

Melbourne high school science teacher Nazira Rafei, 26, is charged with sexual penetration of a child under 16 and four of committing an indecent act with a child under 16.

It is alleged the acts occurred at Roxburgh Park, in Melbourne's outer-north, in February and March this year.

Ms Rafei had a committal hearing in Melbourne Magistrates Court today where she pleaded not guilty.

Police alleged the relationship began in February when the pair exchanged romantic songs.

On one occasion, the student allegedly climbed out of his bedroom window, got into Ms Rafei's car and they parked at a secluded spot.

Court documents said that while in the car, the teacher instructed the boy to "treat me like I'm your sex slave, abuse me, tell me to shut the f--- up and to pinch ... my nipples".


It was also alleged when Ms Rafei was taking part in a teachers' strike a few days later, she went to the student's house, blindfolded him, and again told him to treat her as his sex slave before they had sex.

The court was told Ms Rafei threatened to wreck the boy's marks if he ended the relationship.

"(They were) having sex, sexual intercourse and stuff," one witness, a 16-year-old boy, said.

"They used to meet up at night in her car, used to talk on the phone... he said she gave him hickeys and stuff," the boy told the court, according to The Age.

He said his friend told him Ms Rafei threatened to interfere with his grades if he told anyone of the affair.

"He told me she was willing to stuff up his grades at school," he said

Ms Rafei was committed to stand trial and was ordered to appear in the Victorian County Court for a directions hearing on November 24.

Teachers are only ten percent of female offenders. However if a kid is molested by a teacher it's three times more likely to be a female teacher and male student than the reverse. I know it seems like it's only teachers but the truth is that boys NEVER report. These offences only come to light when somebody else reports and schools, being what they are, tend to be the only environments where they are detected or taken seriously.

Male victims are just as likely to be abused by women as by men. However it seems that the younger the victim the more likely the abuser will be female. It should also be noted that four year old boys can be convicted of sexually harrassing adult women. Your answer to your question regarding the age at which we should "start issuing the warnings" to boys is looking like pre-toddlerhood at the moment.

In sentencing Rafei to an 18-month community based order, judge Liz Gaynor described Rafei as an extremely immature woman who became infatuated with the boy.

Judge Gaynor said Rafei was unprepared and ill-equipped to deal with the student's pursuit, due to her lack of experience with the opposite sex.

The judge told the court Rafei's ill-fated affair has left her alone, deeply ashamed and riddled with guilt.

But judge Gaynor said she did not consider Rafei to be a predator.
"Her actions show gross immaturity when it comes to emotional matures," judge Gaynor said.
