If there is one thing that is sure to slash a guy off, its when the BFH decides to bring in the state family wreckers and ship him out of the family home, so then, all he has ever worked for, his home, wife, family and all, are removed from him and he has to stand by and watch as he is left with only what he stands up in and the bare minimum he needs to continue his employment.. So, from his safe distance (in accordance with the court ordered restrictions) he is able to note that his ex is "getting on with her life".. indeed, she even has a "nice, attentive and caring" new man in her life who is indeed taking care of the kids.. (hey, he is so caring and considerate he even bathes them for her while she is able to rest in front of the TV downstairs with a bag of sweets and a few litres of alcohol).. Of course, the happy step family cannot be truly happy while the BASTARD EX is not paying his share for the kids and their home.. So, SMS and flange-maggot man conspire to find ways of ensuring the fathers are forced to pay.. Sir (bastard) was only just happy to be working his shitter off to support a spendthrift wife and wondered how exactly the creature could not keep the kids clean and healthy with open access to the credit cards.. He used to look at his wage slip and wonder why the state had to steal 1/3 off his earnings.. But. at least when married (he still is, under the original terms of marraige before the church bent over and took it up the gary glitter from the strap-ons and ringpiece bashers league of destruction..).. He could sort of enjoy home life, his kids etc.. Now, he is reduced to difficult access to alienated kids with suspicious evidence that they have been seriously abused (both mummy and new step daddy are social workers who have learned all the best tips from their clients).. Then, the demands for "child support".. Simple, chuck the bitch and the creep out of the family home and Sir will take care of matters with the new au pair he can get with the money from the state.. Oh no, men cannot head families, these days, we have equality, which means, women head families, unless they are really not able to do so.. (death of the mother is sometimes accepted as making her of limited use to kids, especially when she starts to smell badly and it puts off the social worker, mental health professional, mother-in law, or any other of the army of "mummy helpers" than make it impossible for a father to truly SUPPORT his children..) So, Sir (BASTARD) is told to work harder, and pay another third of his income to happy step family.. "for the kids.." (Yeah, the kids dont get bathed by peedo stepdaddy unless he can dump a few litres of expensive alcopoops down her neck..).. Sir (BASTARD) says "4Q" and takes up a new career as a mad axeman and pork warrior.. Anyway less of my own lifestory.. How many of you gents think that "child support" is a matter than MUST be determined by the state? My suggestion, the common sense one I say, is NEVER under any circumstance, should responsibility for determining the appropriate amount of finance to be shipped to the ex for "support" of the kids be decided by anyone other than SIR...(DADDY).. The state has NO place.. Peedo step daddy has NO say.. (Free smack round the head and a good jailhouse style bumming and spit roasting from the brothers if he keeps bleating..) The BFH and her family are of course free to negotiate in their best ways to persuade Sir of what he should do.. This is as it was, shall forever be, and if the state decides otherwise.. Then, look forward to more of the same we have witnessed this last few decades.. The lord in heaven have mercy on their raped and debauched souls..

Here is an analogy I like to use to explain cs. If someone stole your dream car and credit card would you continue to pay the credit card bill and insurance if all you got was to see the car in town once a week. Or would you fight to get it back and refuse to pay? Chevalier. "no greater love hath a man than to lay down his life for his brother."

Now that you have had a minute to think about that, lets add insult to injury. The guy that stole your car wrecks it and sues you in court. He wins. Now you have to pay the credit card bills, the insurance, legal bills and buy the thief a new car. Would you be happy to tolerate that? Would you be angry? Yes! and you'd probably on foot because of unreasonable expenses and courts that favor the criminal instead of the victim. Welcome to our world. Welcome to the world of the average MRA.

I'd vote none of the above. If a guy loves his children and is given time and space to love them, he will support them to the best of his ability. Their future is his future. If he doesn't love them, the mother is better off without him. If he wants to love them but the mother excludes him, she should pay. The traditional male weapons in the sex war are non-cooperation and flight. The traditional female weapon is celebration of paternity and male responsibility. If women now choose to define this as patriarchal oppression, they are throwing away their best trick. Feminism, in dismantling patriarchy, is simply reviving the underlying greater natural freedom of men. - Geoff Dench 1998 (edited)

Once again your wisdom shows through, Yan Yan. I couldn't agree more with you.

i think whats not right about child support is that it is assumed the mother will spend the money in the childs best interests, whereas this clearly doesnt happen in reality always? i think that if a father has to pay child support, then all the spending by the mother should be provable by reciepts etc, just like a tax return. He should outline where his money is to be spent, and not a penny should be spent on anything that he has not given permission. Perhaps an independant person could judge, what is a neccasary amount for things like bread, heating etc should be paid between the two of them. If she spends any of the money on herself, it is theft and should be an imprisonable offence. likewise for any female paying child support to a male parent.

Yan Yan Fruit Cake I think both of you are right when a father is not present he should pay a reasomable amount of support. By reasonable I mean what it actualy costs to pay for the childs needs. And not the need for fun or fashion. That can be done at each parents discretion with their own money. It would be very easy to have a custodial parent be issued a card like foodstamps are now and have the cs put on it like a debit card and each time it is used a receipt would be printed out and saved.
