Hi all, new to the forum. Let me give you a backround. My ex girlfriend and I lived together In georgia with our daughter Alyssa for four years. We broke and she moved to illinois taking my child with her. I've gone through the legal system to get visitation rights and have been screwed thus far. I do however have a child support order which i do pay. I also carry medical insurance as part of the agreement. Alyssa's mother thinks that Georgia is to far for alyssa to go without her mother with her. I feel I'm her father, she'll be with me, wtf is the difference. Someone please give some advice as to what course of action to take. thanks
