Shaz, your education lack shows, my friend.

It is wired in for very little girls to lift their dresses and show their knickers to all and sundry. They don't grow out of this.

By five they have skirts that barely reach within an inch of their knees and any activity shows them again. By ten the skirts are even shorter and they are strutting like Britney with colour co-ordinated pants on display whenever they bend over.

By fifteen they are tired of all the bending and the skirts are more like belts with pants showing above as well as below, as a 'fashion statement.

As they reach adulthood all pretence is dropped and skirts are optional.

Thay all claim, once they can talk, that they are letting the sun get to their legs !

I was standing at the bus stop right here in Mt Druitt when this wimin stopped to board the bus she was wearing thongs cause I could see right through her dress which was virtually transparent
