Parliamental discussion on divorcing parents and share parenting
This is a 20 minute political discussion between two viewpoints. The first speaker tells several stories of none-resident parents who have encountered issues regarding their court-ordered time with their children, and how the courts ignore the custodial parent when they're in contempt of court.
The second speaker mentions how various groups, including NSPCC, try to suggest that children are at a disadvantage and likely to be abused if there is a presumption of shared parenting.

Wife : "I dreamt they were auctioning off dicks. The big ones went for ten dollars and the thick ones went for twenty dollars."
Husband : "How about the ones like mine?"
Wife : "Those they gave away."
Husband : "I had a dream too...I dreamt they were auctioning off pussy. The pretty ones went for a thousand dollars, and the little tight ones went for two thousand."
Wife : "And how much for the ones like mine?"
Husband : "That's where they held the auction."

Re: Parliamental discussion on divorcing parents and share parenting
Thank you very much for bringing this Marx. I have posted it in all my areas of interest such as Fathers for Justice and Parental Alienation Awareness.org and many others. I hope to spread some of your countries efforts in this area as here in Canada I am also helping promote bill C422 to come to day.
Canada – Equal parenting bill C-422 introduced this morning in Parliament by MP Maurice Vellacott « Equal Parenting @ Ration Shed
Here is a video link to the press release of the bill C-422 and it's baby steps taken towards this all important issue of equal parenting.

Thanks for posting this Marx. Its amazing, I've been out of the UK for 20 years, and I used to vote labour - and now I find the conservatives are saying sensible things and fighting for our rights ! Maybe at 46 I'm becoming an old fogey?
The second speaker is a pussyThe greatest enemy of the truth is very often not the deliberate lie - but the persistent, persuasive and unrealistic myth that the lie creates

Re: Parliamental discussion on divorcing parents and share parenting
This new Bill is excellent news for fathers who are at a loss when the mother refuses to let children see their father. It will also make a great change in family courts as those judges, who live in ivory towers, are oblige to enforce court orders. It is an end to, if and when it comes into force, the comptempting of courts orders by the mother and the judges shrugging their shoulder off in indiference to the father's claim.

The speaker/barrister who spoke against the new Bill, had only financial matters at his heart, lest the new law deters women petitioning divorce with the consecuent loss of a case and income.
The fact is law firms and barrister do not want any changes to the current law, as it serves them financially very well. It will also stop judges, who are cozing to the mother's mantra that the mother is in the best interest of the children. It is proven that more often than not children losses are substancial after divorce and when law firms take their cut from the families assets.
I can also foresee a clash between the parliamentarians and the judges in the judiciary who will want to stop it altogether.
Men should flood the minister's desk with letters of support and encouragement to fight the bill through the stages of parliament.
