Parental Alienation? That's fine concurs the Family Courtsd
Parental alienation involves the systematic and frequently repeated denigration of one parent by the other and blocking of access to the parent who's the target of denigration.
Parental alienation is a form of emotional, verbal and psychological abuse against children. Courts in multiple countries, specially USA and Canada have consistently viewed parental alienation as child abuse. The way it has been handled has varied widely, however. Some courts have wrongly sided with the alienating parent. Others have shown unending tolerance for the alienation campaign. In both scenarios, the courts are directly contributing to child abuse.

canadian courts will always side with the mother as pas can be effectively used as a weapon in a variety of ways--take it from me-i know
example;
if the mom refuses to take the kids because she is to busy partying and looking for her latest fuck and the kids stay with the dad-then the dad is alientaing them from her--in case u didn't know-this is how the canadian feminist courts work

For fathers was always "DAMNED IF YOU DO, DAMNED IF YOU DON'T" as far as the courts are concerned.
What they undermine, to their peril, is that children are very intelligent individuals and can spot the best custodial parent, a million miles better than any dimwit judge and that at one point they will shake the custodial parent off their back and move in with the parent of their choice rendering the judge's decision as a futile exercise.

Re: Parental Alienation? That's fine concurs the Family Courtsd
This morning, while walking in my town, I came accross the judge who called my son a liar.
I made the complaint against the judge through the usual channels and the answer came back telling me that the judge is entitled to his opinion therefore I have no case.
The fact is that he had to call my son "a liar", otherwise, he will have no option but to charge the mother with contempt of court.
In my view, he figures it is in the best interest of the child to be accused of being a liar than having his mother charge with contempt of court.
He even admonished me for having brought this up in court in the first place.
Why do I smell the stench of a sewer?

I believe all judges are in an unenviable position of making decisions which will never satisfy neither party.
So, they may as well line their pockets with money paid by their quarreling clients.
Who can blame them?
After all it is their clients problem who brought them in court in the first place.
