Unmarried couples need new legal rights, says reform judge - Times Online
This item has already been discussed. What makes it different is that Lord Justice Munby has been recently appointed to the justices post.
Reading the article published today in the times newspaper, allowing a reasonable amount of distortion by the legal editor Frances Gibbs, it is possible to safely conclude that recently appointed younger Judges keep toeing - the - line that un married couples should be treated as equal as married couples.
It means that women who are not married to their partnes will be entitled to a large share of the husbands wealth on separation.
To put it in different words any man who shacks up with a bint will loose a large part of his property and materials possesions, whether there are children or not borne from the union.
The next rung up this ladder will be men who had a one night stand. The fact that there was an act of consensual sex will entitle the woman to a share of his wealth.
And so goes on the extorting pimp judge in the family court gravy train.

So even unmarried women will have to be taken care of and kept by their ex-boyfriend?
What was that thing feminists were saying about not needing men again?
This paves the way for there being absolutely no point in marriage at all, since you can now be stiffed from spending time with a woman.
If women need their ex to support them like this, shouldn't their voting rights be reconsidered?Hugh & Mary Discuss Feminist Related Issues (ALL SUBTITLED): http://www.youtube.com/view_play_lis...0081D259987DCD

Makes ANY relationship with a woman too risky.
I still get asked Not married? Why no girl friend?( well I sort of meet some very casually- I told one realtionships were just too dodgy.( She nearly fell over and didnt say anything but looked very miffed...So even here I am disengaging)
Is this population control by the ruling elite - to discourage relatiionships?
I am beginning to think conspiracy theorists have a point....

Re: Lord Justice Munby said "it was time the law was brought up to date with society'
The world is most certainly over populated.
The danger with reducing the population drastically is that the world will be left with too few young people supporting a large elderly population.
But this is not the point in this thread.
The family courts have already foreseen the reduction in marriages. In order to maintain a steady flow of divorce cases handled daily in the courts, it is absolutely necessary to allow unmarried couples to initiate courts proceedings to separate their wordly goods, usually the man's assets transferred to the woman.
The following is an excerpt taken from the article.
"In many cases long-term partners cannot be adequately protected by existing laws, according to Lord Justice Munby, chairman of the Law Commission. It was time that the law was brought up to date with changes in society. “It is a fact that the number of people marrying today is less than it has been for over 100 years,” he said".
It couldn't be clearer what those extorting pimps controlling the family court, want to happen.
When men finally realise they are the judge's suckers, they will eventually stop working and feeding the system until it collapses under its own cretiniod actions.

The next step will be the need to identify sperm donors, no doubt disguised as a means to determine medical history, this will give plenty more pockets to pick.

Extending the states reach to pilfer on women's and lawyers behalf will only ensure men withdraw yet further from relationships with women. It will turn otherwise decent and caring men to adopting a hardhearted and transient approach to women in order to ensure their own self-preservation.

Re: Lord Justice Munby said "it was time the law was brought up to date with society'
Very true, there is too much mistrust in the game to succeed, too many incentives to get ruined and too many risks to engage into it. Gameover truly means gameover, if you are a man. Many men find the odds not worth the play as they will reap the lion's share of the penalty. Many men mistrust women in general because of this, many men will be dissapointed or even disgusted with the state of affairs, especially if it becomes worse.
One day there will be a last drop that floods the bucket, that path will likely soldify a man's heart. Hardly can he find respect, for he wouldn't got any; instead he'd be bashed and demonized. He hardly can find trust, because he will receive the lion's share of the penalty if something goes wrong. He could hardly bring up the effort to protect or help a woman, for he will be convinced she wouldn't help him either. It's the kind of path more men are (and if things are worsening even more will be) starting to walk and it's a sad one. Sometimes... I believe I'm sneakily taking a walk over that path of mistrust and indifference too.Last edited by Nynrah Ghost; 8th-December-2009 at 08:59 PM.

Sometime in the future, those men including myself who refuse to feed that system will be arrested and executed!
Those cocksuckers want their money and they want men to pander and eat out of their filthy hands!
What will it be?
Will you die a martyrs death or will you continue feeding those money worshiping cunts!
The choice is yours!!!!

Just wondering, would that also mean that men receive custody for children born ouf of wedlock?

Yes.
The "we are out to get you" culture is already in place. The higher the man's defences, the longer the arm of the NAZIST judges.
The "REDUCTIO AD HITLERUM" criteria, will inevitable reduce men to serve them or be destroyed.
Alas, women are so useless they'll become a massive millstone hanging from the neck of any economic system, e.g. Harriet Harman, who has a large part of the resposibility in bringing the UK. economy to near bankruptcy. Then the whole of society will resemble "the last judgement day".
