How bad the bitch has to be?

Today I have attended the "English Family Court" yet again.
The reason was that I have applied for a penal notice to be attached to the access order because of the continuous bitchyness of the mother of my kids, who's refusing to allow the father to have his own kids. The fact that she is in breach of an order and that such breach is in contempt of the court have cut no ice with the judge. This halfwit judge saw no valid reason to justify a penal attachment, hence, none was.
Of course, this means only one thing the mother may countinue breaking the orders in the knowledge that absolutely nothing will happen or change.
Yet, I as a father, am threaten with jail if I attempt to return to my home to see my kids, as it will be considered a contempt of court.
So, this is british justice!!!!!!
Jail the father for contempt of Court.
Do not jail the mother for contempt of Court

Frankly, when I hear a judge talking about a balanced decision I automatically get DIAHORREA and have to drop everything to get it sorted.

I can only give this sort of justice the great british salute!
Which is two fingers UP!
And a roar UP YOURS!

Nevo... I can't say much to help ease your pains right now, but know slowly - father's rights are improving. Very slowly, and perhaps not in time to help your individual case. But try and keep positive. Write about your experiences, post them up in various places (here too), and help teach other fathers what may come.

It's really true.

And much more upsetting when it happens to YOU than just hearing about it.

Besides access not being enforced...females can attack men and the men will be punished. They can even attack the kids and not be held reponsible. Imagine how the Dad who saw this or has his kids asking him for help feels.
