Father jailed by CSA despite ex-wife's pleas

A lawyer was jailed yesterday for refusing to pay child support to his former wife, despite her pleas not to give him a custodial sentence.


Michael Cox, 43, has failed to pay child support for the past 12 years because he says his three children spend half their lives with him.


Mr Cox said that despite looking after his sons he is still expected to pay child support for the time they spend with their mother.


A court heard that while he is asked to pay £365 a month, his ex-wife Lesley Peach, 39, is not expected to pay anything. In March this year Mr Cox, a father of five, was handed a suspended sentence of 42 days in prison for failing to pay the charge.

“I’m a father who well knows the obligation to his children and I discharge that obligation. “I feed all of my children, I clothe them, I house them - that’s what I spend my money on. “The Child Support Agency gives me no assistance for that and requires me to spend the money twice.”

Another example, a common case of the CSA as ever punishing a responsible father and expecting him to pay 3 times for his own children..

Once, as he does with his time he has them..

Twice, as he does when the mother has them..

Thrice, through his taxation that provide the benefits etc and the ability of the state to humiliate, punish and attack him for the crime he commited of being a responsibile father..

What does he expect?

Sperm donation is the only way of being a "responsible and free" father in this vile feminazi dominated cuntry..

This really pisses me off here in the states the person who has physical custudy can get a tax credit for the expenditures for their kids but parents who pay child support usualy more than it costs to raise the child can not get this credit nor can they claim the child as a dependent even though he is paying more than what it costs to raise the child. So the custodial parent gets all kinds of breaks and freebies here but the poor fucker paying the bills just gets shit on.

The CSA criminalising decent dads as easy targets..

I'm paying about 1700 USD a month in child support, I'd gladly goto jail for a year to not have to pay. I wont be able to retire now, and the posability of owning a house looks slim. College will be interesting, as my state requires divorced parents to pay for secondary education. If my ex splits it (ha!), I'm looking at 8-16K on top of support per kid for college.


But SHE will own a house at 50, after is all said and done, and I'll be in debt till I'm 70 living in an apartment. /sigh
