Bad Sex False Rape Claim By JoAnne Thomas

...Tammy Nicole Ortega and Jessica Kathleen Alexander, arrested for filing false rape charges, were apparently in dire need of cigarettes. After filing a police report stating two men threw them to the ground and raped them, they recanted their story and allegedly admitted to filing the report against one unidentified male because ‘the sex was bad’.

According to their statements, they met a man on a telephone chat line and after awhile offered to meet him and ‘have sex in exchange for a pack of cigarettes‘.

Police say that’s exactly what they did…met the man, had sex, received their cigarettes in exchange for said sex, then decided the sex was bad. That decision lead them to file rape charges against the unsuspecting man.

Tammy Nicole Ortega is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $10,000.00 bond, and is additionally being charged with filing a false police report regarding a little arson incident in November of 2008.
Jessica Kathleen Alexander is being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000.00 bond.

“Why would women lie about rape?” cry the false rape deniers, as if it is so incredible. Professor Kanin described three principal reasons women lie about rape: (1) It “serve[s] the complainants’ need to provide a plausible explanation for some suddenly foreseen, unfortunate consequence of a consensual encounter, usually sexual,with a male acquaintance.” (2) It is “a means of retaliating against a rejecting male.” And (3) It is an attention/sympathy-getting device.

These two females do not fit those categories at all.
Not even sure a category exist for people like this. Would these two miscreants fall into the hootchie-mama- ho column? Or just plain idiots? How do two women decide one pack of cigarettes is worth sex with a stranger? Sooo many questions here. The situation would be laughable except for the fact that another man has been falsely accused of rape. Their victim could still be charged with solicitation in connection with the sex-for-cigarettes arrangement.

Other victims of false rape claims don’t get off so easy. Once you’ve been painted with that brush, and doused with that smell, it’s a rare man that ever gets rid of the stench completely…all because of some women hell-bent on setting us back a hundred years.

Women like this make it so very difficult for victims of actual rape. They seem to not have it in them to empathize with other women, or any crime victim for that matter. I wonder why that is? Has the nurturing, caring, sympathetic gene been bred out of this generation?

With the false cries of rape escalating, I’m of the opinion that if a woman commits this crime, she should face the same penalty her victim would have received. We wanted equality, we should have it in criminal activities, too. Especially when it’s as awful as filing a bad sex false rape claim...

I think the mug shots pretty much explain the extremely the low price, and quality, of the sex.

This only encourages me to remain drug free and a virgin.

After seeing their photographs, I think the man was ripped off, he should get his cigarettes back.

Another reason for filing a false accusation: in many jurisdictions the 'victim' gets paid big dollar compensation, even before proof that a rape took place at all.

And it also affects the bogusness of rape statistics. An accusation is made ; a 'statisticoid' is recorded; it is proven to be false; the statistic does NOT get removed.

I believe that's the main reason that attrition rate (About 5%) is so often confused with conviction rate (about 44%) when it comes to rape statistics, they count all the bogus reports as genuine reports of rapes that actually occurred, then lead the gullible into believing that only 5% of rapes end in a conviction, when in fact it's almost half of all cases that make it to court that end in a conviction.
I'll never understand why anyone, rabid feminist or not, would want to lie about such a crime to make it appear that it happens more often than it actually does, I'm sure the reason is money, it always bloody is.

If receiving cigarettes was the primary objective for having sex, then what does it matter whether it was good sex or not, and why does a man's life have to be ruined as a consequence?

Far to many to count really, it's sad that socity is putting up with this shit, if the rolls were reverced and it was innocent women doing hard time in the pen because of a false rape claim made by a man there would be a massive public outcry

Money is just one of the many reasons that a woman would have to lie about rape including protecting her rep., getting attention etc. The real thing is that we simply do not do enough to prosecute those that lie about it. This opens the doors to all kinds of abuse.
