Woman makes false rape claim

She's already been fully punished...she was told that false claims are not nice and that she can go home now, have a nice day.

Oooohhh, she was "cautioned"! I can feel that "caution" way over here across the pond!

To Mr. Summers: "False rape accusation is a crime which destroys men's lives! If you dumb cops waste your time and taxpayer money investigating false rape accusations then 1) thoroughly investigate the claims BEFORE arresting anyone and 2) severely punish the liars who get you to waste your time! A "naughty, naughty" just won't do the trick!

EXACTLY. If there were strong consequences for some false rape feminist along with publicity then there would be way fewer false rape allegations. And fewer men put in jail for something they did not do. This would not necessarily affect real-rape efforts since the Police would need to look into things either way. So some cases would wind up being indeterminate. It seems like the feminists want many rape accusations and that jailing men falsely is an acceptable cost for "protecting" women and backing up their requests for more government and charitable funds. After all if some surveys are correct...that false-rape-feminists are very active with their claims...then there are fewer rapes going on than we think. We are also "not allowed" to look into rape demographics much as to the details on true, real rapists. Not only that but we must assume that ALL men are rapists even if studies show that their group is much less likely to rape. Oh yeah one more thing..women are about 5% as likely to be raped per one study if they had a Dad in their life. For their whole life, even after Dad is dead. Since Dads teach them how to look after themselves, not to walk down dark alleys alone 6 times a day and so forth.

I watched some of this show called "Lockup" last night...it's a series where they film different jails. Apparently in many areas pedphiles and rapists are placed in protective confinement away from the rest of the prisoners so that the other inmates don't kill and torture them quite as much. Great...imagine being falsely accused of rape, jailed, then tortured endlessly there by real criminals..and if you survive you get released and are a pariah who can't get a decent job. While the false rape feminist by then is collecting alimiony, child support and withholding child access from her ex-husband AKA "that bastard". Not only that but that women will be supported as being "strong" and a role model for others.

"Anyone who wastes police time in this way will be held to account for their actions."

If that is the case, then the feminist movement, with false rape and DV claims and high rates of divorce, must actually be causing an INCREASE in real rapes!

We need to get that study in print (and linked to source)!

It's buried in papers I've read. There are many others. For example women tend to marry guys that are "better" for them if Dad is involved in her life. Like the girl that brings home the drug addled teen living in his car to meet Dad versus the clean cut guy going to college. Which do you think Dad might warm up to better?

In a nushell everything bad goes down...every single thing. And everything good goes up...every single thing. IF Dad is in the lives of his kids. Especially in a calm stable married lifestyle. But also if there is a divorce and Dad has significant time with the kids and is not constantly discouraged or dismissed from the lives of his children by the Mom.

A guy I'm advising here locally sees his kid 6 days a month. All the Judges and lawyers tell him what a "great deal" that was compared to the usual 4 days a month. Why did he get extra time? Well the Mom is drug addicted and lives with a guy convicted of multiple counts of violent child abuse and whose adult kids all have restraining orders on. And that guy is alone with this guy's son nearly every day. Yeah okay nothing to worry about here...we gave Dad 2 extra days a month that should solve everything.
