Woman in false rape claim jailed

A woman has been jailed for 20 months over a false allegation
of rape.

Alesha Watkins, 20, claimed Darren Ball, 25, attacked her after
a party at Rushden, Northamptonshire, in December 2007.

Mr Ball spent 19 hours in custody and made four court
appearances over seven months, Northampton Crown Court
heard.

Watkins admitted perverting the course of justice. Judge
Charles Wide QC said her lies had left a completely innocent man accused of rape.

After reporting she had been raped Watkins told police that she was withdrawing her complaint because a £3,000 contract had been taken out on her life.

Threats were being made against her because she had approached police, she said.

But this was another lie, the court was told.

In fact, Watkins, of Tewkesbury Drive, Rushden, had consented to sex with Mr Ball.

She had been drinking alcohol and taking cocaine before they became involved in a "play fight" at his home that led to sexual intercourse, the court heard.

Prosecuting, Alex Bull said: "She said she had not been raped, and lied because she had regretted having sex with him.

"She said she hadn't enjoyed it but hadn't said 'stop' at any time."

Reading out a victim impact statement, the lawyer added: "It has had a significant impact on Mr Ball.

"He has had difficulties in his relationship since this time. He began to drink heavily.

"He said he began to feel suicidal. He's now in a relationship but blames this on his break-up with his ex-partner. He now only sees his children on school holidays."

'Emotionally unstable'

Judge Wide said: "Having made this false allegation of a very serious kind, it went on and on.

"A completely innocent 25-year-old man of good character was accused of rape falsely.

"You told another pack of lies which, had they been believed, would have made the matter even worse for your innocent victim."

Lisa Collins, in mitigation, said her "emotionally unstable" client was "genuinely sorry" for what she had put Mr Ball through.

"She tends not to think about the impact on others. She quite clearly gave no thought about the impact of this on Mr Ball."

What folk will probably see here is a woman getting jailed for making a false allegation..

Hooray! Many folk will clearly shout out..

I am disgusted, not just by the sentance (which is perverse and clearly just a way of the state covering and destracting from its own MISANDRY)..

Yet look at it more closely, see the obviously very dangerous assumptions made by the state misandrists..

A woman WHO WAS NOT RAPED, said she had been raped..

Therefore, GUILT is presumed of the man..

Hetrosexual sex is by default RAPE until proven otherwise..

At the first suggestion that a crime has been commited, all that the state needs to prove is that the man has had sex with the woman..

Evidence can show this.

He is now a rapist and will serve his sentance.. He will serve his sentance for life. jail time? Maybe not.. But he has and will continue to suffer the consequences of STATE MISANDRY.

HOW ON EARTH CAN A MAN PROVE HIMSELF INNOCENT WHEN HE IS PRESUMED GUILTY BY DEFAULT? IT IS HIS WORD AGAINST HERS! AND HERS TRUMPS HIS EVERY TIME!

Well, look at this case..

THE WOMAN WITHDREW THE COMPLAINT. The circumstances of her doing so made it suspicious..

WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED TO THIS MAN IF SHE HAD NOT DONE THAT?

What would have happened if the STATE MISANDRISTS had accepted the withdrawal and let the man go?

What would have happened if the woman had simply claimed "I said no" or "I said stop now"?

Having told one lie, one HUGE lie, what was stopping her telling an relatively easy and minor "little lie"..?

The state misandrists expect a man with a sac about to burst ti instantly dismount when he hears the word no.. Or even if he does not hear it..

The ONLY THING i see that kept this man out of jail was the REMORSE of the woman who made the allegation..

SHe did a dumbassed thing, she got a man in some shit..

And, the state thugs are keen to cry RAPIST to any man, to make the feminists happy "we are solving the great problem of rape!!.. Not enough men being jailed for having sex with women!"

BUT, she did not do what she COULD HAVE DONE.. I,e, continue the lies, as he could easily have done..

She was, perhaps feeling remorse..

And because of that, SHE WAS JAILED..

The message to false accusers now is..

DONT WITHDRAW YOUR ALLEGATION!!

THE STATE NEEDS MORE MEN JAILED FOR RAPE!!

EVERY LYING WOMAN MUST MAINTAIN HER LIES, OR FACE JAIL HERSELF!!

The TRUE guilty party here is the state with its Rabid misandry where a man is presumed guilty on the word of a woman only..

Common sense perhaps would be to presume that the woman was NOT raped..?

Unless she could prove evidence of FORCE..

A womans hurt feelings are no justification for ruining a mans life..

And a womans remorse and attempts to withdraw her allegations are no justification for jailing her in the mad dash to jack up the rape statistics to where the feminists want them..

This is evidence of something VERY BAD in the way the law works in this area..
