It doesn't have to 'prove'. But is is nevertheless relevant.

Chaste sexual 'stuff' between a couple is one thing, but sexual promiscuity is quite another. Add sexually explicit 'stuff' over the internet as well and a 'character' emerges. Character supports a defence and also, for fairness, should be used as circumstantial evidence.

This 'past sexual stuff' not to be considered ploy is just part of the Pussy-Pass Rape-Sheild rules designed to give an easy ride to women accusers.

It was the same in NZ until about half way through last year.

One of the rape activists took cops to court for rape but the cops got off. At least one cop who got off was already in prison on another rape charge at the time.

So Helen Clarke (rad fem and Prime Minister at the time) changed the law so you could bring forward past charges.

If he is in a video on the internet in which he degrades a woman he should be convicted? I'm just saying because if a woman is sexually promiscuous that doesn't mean that she can't get raped. And I don't agree with the way the current laws are. If she sued 15 other guys before for rape, it should be trial evidence. No-one agrees with rape here. This has become a very hot topic and needs to be pushed in favour of men because in NZ 85% of rape claims are false. The feminists don't disagree with this but they are still pushing for women to get an easier time in court because the International feminist movement is pushing for it.

NZ prisons are busting at the seams with men on false rape charges and something has to be done about it.

We also have immigration laws that are tough but if you are a female and say a man raped you, you get instant citizenship. Honestly RV, women around the world are telling each other how easy NZ is to get into.

We have a male childcare worker in prison who won't accept parole because he is innocent. And the government won't pardon him even though 95% of the population knows he is innocent. The feminists who put him in prison are now politicians themselves.

He apparently raped over 100 little children. Most didn't even go to the childcare centre nor live in the same town. But each family got $10,000 and some families got $40,000 because they say he raped their child 4 times.

This was 15 years ago and back then this was a hell of a lot of money.

I think you have a good point. Serious rape should put a man in prison.

And being the woman supporter I am I will tell you why.

Our women today just like me have missed out on the best of 2 worlds.

I was a witness to my girlfriend being raped. I was a figure skater at a very rough skating ring. At the time the hockey team was about shedding blood to win.

But being the girl who didn't like sex let alone kissing a guy but loved to take risks, I was quite popular. (probably being attractive didn't hurt)

But my girlfriends were all into kissing guys and drinking alcohol and having sex. Maybe they did it for 'the love feeling'. After all, they say "women have sex for love and men love to have sex".

But anyhow, I was on the ice that night and I saw 2 hockey players walk my girlfriend into the hockey changerooms. I don't even know what made me get off the ice and run to the door protesting.

One guy went in with her and the other guy stood at the door and said to me, "She asked for it Julie". But my girlfriend did not complain nor say anything to me.

We had no fathers. That is what made us all friends and there were heaps of us even hundreds of us, all hanging together in our own little gangs and our gangs befriended other gangs. All lost to the world. Some had fathers who worked long hours which made them fatherless in their own way and some had fathers who came back from the war but had lost their minds.

My point of all this is that we could have it all, TODAY. We could have protective fathers and we could have the education that TV provides and school provides and radio and newspapers.

Let's say that I had a bunch of unorthodox sexual experiences and never in my life did I get lacerations, bruises, scratched the guy and acted like a traumatised person for a while afterwards, all in the same time or a combination of these.

And don't talk to me about sheltered lives because you have no idea of the things I experienced. If I don't take out my issues on others like a lot of people do and if I don't write on this forum about them to beg for sympathy, it doesn't mean I lived a sheltered life.

7 years is a long time in jail and for some men a sentence to be raped themselves.

I had close contact with two women where one (the daughter) accused her boyfriend of rape and he got two years jail. It was not anywhere near Rape, but both she and her mother were delghted to see him suffer. Up to that point he had been a model of friendliness and affection to both. His life was ruined. Her life seemed to be getting along well with no adverse quality at all. His 'Rape' of her was identical to all the previous two years of their sexual relationship ie: he initiated and she was compliant, then changed her mind next day claiming she was about to break off the relationship (he was expected to be a mind-reader).

You may want him to 'never walk again', but will you be walking? Is this not two eyes for an eye.?
