Assuming it is proven to be a false allegation, I would agree with you - but I cannot recall whether the content extended to that level of information or not.

Hi yes names and pictures. and yes district judge cooper read my evidence and acted on it. If my evidence was not excepted then her corrupt lawyer would have sued me. Especially as I owe him £3000. Not every man are sex offenders some of us are innocent Marx. Because of false allegations she ended up with my 2 businesses and a 4 bed roomed house. 2 cars house full of expensive furniture. We fully appreciate your concerns about the corrupt legal system biased against men in Matriarchies, James. However, as there aren't any resident MRAs lawyer, we have to err on the side of caution when it comes to naming names of private citizens. Perhaps there are no implications to putting allegations against someone on the 'Net, if those allegations turn out to be true. Certainly in the press it seems that way. But I really can't say. It would be best to find out what the law says and author your own website (hosted abroad, probably) accordingly. In the mean-time, it would be best not to implicate any men's rights forums in legal proceedings, or give feminists a ready-made excuse to take us offline. Male-rights I was set-up in a divorce I obtained evidence that proved she had lied. I named her and her lawyer who was suspended by district judge cooper Southampton. I now find my self having to explain myself on this site. The don't involve me! attitude. I am not a coward and if necessary I will go to prison. When men turn on their fellow man because they are scared, leaves me cold. They like the sound of their own voice and that's it. Most of the guy's on this site are good men, some are not they slip between pages without making any impression. I would support any man on this site if he asked me to. If you guy's want me off this site then so be it. | |||

Celtic Druid Thanks for your comments, and you are right it all made me pretty ill and now on disability (mid range) allowance. Can't go out on my own pretty miserable life. Once I obtained and published my site I really felt better I don't want to die not having fought my corner. Just joined a server in the USA www.gentlemanjim.biz waiting for web name to be registered then it's up and running again. I do think I went over the top in naming them with photo's, however it felt good, will now tone it down. Cheers
