And that apparently means that the police are failing......?The conviction rate is down from 9.3 per cent to 5.7 per cent.
If you listen to the moronic feminist mouthpieces in the media, alleged rapists aren't being found not guilty, oh no, they are rapists and they are GETTING AWAY WITH IT!!!1!!
