'Strip Yahtzee' game leads to Muncie woman's arrest

    From The Star Press:

'Strip Yahtzee' game leads to Muncie woman's arrest

Allegations stemming from a game of "strip Yahtzee" led to a
    Muncie woman's arrest this week.

Amber M. Foster, 21, was arrested Tuesday night on a charge
of false informing, a Class A misdemeanor carrying a maximum
one-year jail term, after police said they determined her claims
that a former boyfriend had raped her were false.

Investigators said the encounter between Foster and the
ex-boyfriend came after she was the loser in a game of "strip
Yahtzee" -- a board game featuring dice -- with a group of
friends and had walked, nude, into her bedroom with the target of her accusation.

Police Sgt. Mike Engle said the rape accusation came after Foster was confronted by her current boyfriend over allegations she had sex with another man.

Detectives spent five days trying to sort out what really happened, wasting time that could have been spent on other cases, before concluding that the alleged victim had made a false report.

"We are sympathetic to reported sex offenses," said Engle.

Foster was later released from the Delaware County jail.

In July, Muncie City Court Judge Bill Bruns issued an attachment for the Muncie woman's arrest after Foster failed to pay $289 in fines and court costs, stemming from allegations she allowed her dog to run loose.

Just another example of how certain women posses a horribly small, if not non-existant capacity to think beyond their own selfish little existance. She got herself in a messy situation and just thought that possibly sending her ex to jail was a justified resolve...

If the police would not have found out, this man would have been jailed or at least tar has been brushed on his name while she tried to clean hers by doing so. The system needs to be harder on these women, false claims are a waste of time and taxmoney, it is a mockery to genuine victims and it is theft of liberty to innocent accused men.

This is one of the rare situations where I wish feminists were right! If only women never lied about being raped...many innocent men wouldn't have their reputation permanently sullied (not to mention the jail time) because a woman didn't want her relatives to find out she cheated on her boyfriend/husband, or because she wanted revenge on that guy for unrelated reasons.

Sadly they are wrong as hell on this falsehood. People must start harboring the principles that have been yelled out during speeches by politicians, the media and similar craptastic entities/people. Principles such as 'innocent untill proven guilty' or 'rather 100 guilty free than 1 innocent jailed', anything that happens (towards men in particular) deviates as far away from these principles as possible. Accusers must proof guilt, not the other way around.

These principles are the basis of a just and fair system, and I wish we could come back to them. Unfortunately, it would be rather bad politics for anyone to attempt that, since feminists who believe that all men are rapists and that men are guilty as a group of "crimes against women" would quickly rally to use all means possible to prevent (as much as possible) innocent until proven guilty to apply to men when a woman is the accuser.
