Does anyone know of any cases in which porn actresses claim they were raped during porn shoots? I can remember a case several years ago in a which a porn director was sent to prison for allegedly coercing, drugging and raping two women. No doubt they consented at the time...

The laws have changed so much in recent years that I'm surprised there hasn't been a flood of ex porn-actresses claiming they've been raped on-set, particularly during some of the 'rougher' scenes.

True, I do not remember to hear about such a lawsuit during the last years.

Maybe porno producers changed their texts in the contracts. Lawyers for sure closed that kind of legal loopholes.

Another point might be also taken in consideration. Many of these porno movies are shot in countries, where they are illegal, or where such rape-lawsuits would not be possible...somewhere in SE-Asia or in Africa or Russia etc..

I think the camera man probably films a while before the shoot and then edits the tape later. So if the woman claims rape, the director could show the uneditted version where the woman may be saying something like,

Or whatever the hell porn actors and actresses say to each other that is not shown on the actual film.
Or he could even ask her for her consent before they get into position.

I would say that women have a more casual attitude towards 'truth', and see many borderline behaviours as justifiable means to ensure their survival ie. they feel insecure, regardless of objective measures of safety
