What is so typical here is that the Court didn't charge the wife with perjury and perverting the course of Justice, itself. It is left up to the man. WTF is a 'Private' criminal prosecution? Why is such a thing necessary at all if the Police and Courts are doing their jobs impartially?

You all might recall this case where the Judge described the wife as a liar but awarded her the children - as usual - anyway.

This man is a champion, win or loose he has, through this article alone, done much for us all as men. Further publicity regarding this case will be a boon to us here in Australia and if he wins, it will be a great day. Of course I do not mean by lauding this fellow to approve of the situation in which he has been thrust as it is the result of bad policy, bad behaviour and downright criminal attitudes which prevail within out (in)justice system.


Things like this are simply shameful for the courts, and that they are being published, viewed by the public cannot fail to wake some people up, to wise them up. Three cheers for Bill, and I hope this case goes well for him; a shame we do not know who he truly is, and so cannot offer any more material support, still, my heart goes out to the man. It is a shame he can take no action against this clearly negligent judge whilst at it; the man responsible for the above decision should be brought up on criminal charges; endangering a minor for one, certainly he should loose his ability to practise as he has displayed a audacious level of knowing ineptitude as a judge.

Two good points.

I was alerted to this by my son in Melbourne (the Herald Sun is a Melbourne paper) who is slowly becoming more aware of the system's faults. He is waking up, even though he knows well of my exploits as an MRA and even encouraged me to make podcasts.

The second point is much more difficult, if anything could be. The legal profession has itself all squared away as far as 'complaints' go. Judges are tenured for life and can only be criticised by Parliament. A member of the public criticising a Judge can be held indefinitely in 'contempt of Court' - a handy catch-all requiring no evidence or offence other than that determined by the 'offended' judge. Lawyers are 'judged' by other lawyers in their own club and very few solicitors and barristers are prepared to represent a member of the public who wants to sue another 'brother' lawyer.

Frankly the family law is just one aspect of a severely corrupt and self-serving, money-making system. It needs a root and branch lopping and digging out.

methinks before he is finished with his new action he will be bankrupt - the lawyers will have the victory in their invoicing for their Professional assistance;

wimyn rarely lose in these sort of cases as the judges ruling demonstrated she got the kids albeit the judge cited her bad character and in contrast lauded his - he got the invoces to date aka $450 000

if the Contract examined under an electron microscope it is clearly writtten on the edge of the contract at about 3 microns - your a gone coon dude !!!

there was another case where a guy had paid $A80 000 in child maintenance to his common law wife for a boy actually fathered by another man ( Mr cuckoo);;

butthead won and was awarded compensation she was to pay back at $A2/week - her chagrin musta been considerable maybe immenses !

a TV journalist aske the resourceful momma why she had lied and fixed paternity to butthead and she said " he might have been " - who was popular and who was popular

then slamed the door in the journalist's face having better ways of passing her time

this is news? seems to be the standard for women nowadays.

i was just talkin to a friend-who is sueing the cas for lieing in court in defence of his psychotic ex'- he too-was accused of molesting his daughter'.

these ex's should not only be sued but arrested for filing false affidavid's in court--add to that child abuse,for what their childen are put through in the investigation-of course women don't see the damage they cause because it's all about them and getting their way.

i hope this guy takes this woman to the cleaners.

apparently there is another way to make judges pay and that is to go after their bonding company with any complaints against them-if judges and lawyers have their bonding pulled because of legal action against the judge or lawyer-they are done as far as their proffession goes.
