Sounds like an issue with the law, not a feminist conspiracy.

I know someone who was pulled over on suspicion that he had taken part in a theft. He was consequently arrested, and while being searched, he was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. These charges held even though he was cleared of the theft charge.

I guess it's legal.

Either that, or he had a really crappy lawyer.

It looks like Percy mentioned "Conspiracy" as the Emotive Term used. But Tera responded to the law, saying she didn't agree with the law which she assumed Percy was talking about. The later argument has been somewhat confusing.

This case has everything to do with feminism, oh MIGHTY DEFENDER OF FEMINISTS. I suggest you take some time to read a few of the articles posted on this section, False Rape, along with our many comments. In summary, this and the other cases involve men being presumed guilty of rape simply based on the testimony of one female. The men then get imprisoned, are exposed in the media while accusers remain anonymous, have their lives ruined, and sometimes are even found guilty. Even when the men are exonerated, their lives are already ruined- reputation, money, jobs all gone. The women usually at most get an anonymous "naughty, naughty, don't do that again."

This case just happened to involve the issue of drugs being found in the man's home. A good lawyer would argue that the drug charges should be dropped along with the others as the police would never have found anything if they had not searched the man's home, which they only did because some whore lied about the man. The victim should be acquitted of all charges, be monetarily compensated, and see his accuser sentenced to seven years and a lifetime on the sex registry.
