A man's past is always used against him in legal cases, even prior false rape allegations. Yet a woman's CONVICTIONS for file false reports are not! Rape case proceeds despite false claims in past Atlanta Journal Constitution - GA, USA Tennessee investigators said Tuesday there are no plans to drop rape charges against a Snellville man despite learning of the alleged victim’s prior convictions for filing false assault claims... ...In 2005, the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Department arrested the woman for filing a false report, said Maj. Ron Hunton, commander of Cherokee’s criminal investigations. The woman, who officers found lying in the grass with her clothes cut, claimed she was raped behind a Kohl’s in Woodstock, according to a police report. She later pleaded guilty to charges the report was made up, Hunton said. Less than a year later, the woman claimed she had been stabbed by an unknown male in Fannin. The false allegation was filed after she showed up at her mother’s trailer in Morganton. Her mother discovered her on the sidewalk, bloodied from a gash on her left wrist, and called 911... ...“A person that has been guilty of that before could certainly be telling the truth and be kidnapped and raped,” Hawkins said Tuesday... ...A pizza deliveryman, who brought Jansen his dinner, alerted deputies after seeing the woman tied up. Deliveryman Chris Turner, who saw the woman’s hands bound while the suspect was signing a credit card receipt, said she silently mouthed call 911. “I said, ‘Are you for real?’ I didn’t believe her,” Turner said... Suspect was customer at strip club, a 'super nice guy' Atlanta Journal Constitution - GA, USA The woman who claims she was kidnapped, bound and raped by a Snellville man was open about her interest in bondage fantasies, associates say. “She said she and her husband are into it,” said Marissa Kaye, an Alpharetta makeup artist who did work for the alleged rape victim. This illustrates the crux of the entire issue. They are so worried that she may be telling the truth! They need to be more worried that she is lying. It is paramount that in criminal matters the accused are INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. Mother Doesn't Believe Rape Accuser News/Talk 750 WSB - Atlanta,USA The mother of the Atlanta woman who has accused a Snellville man of kidnapping and rape says her daughter is a pathological liar. The mother tells the AJC that her daughter lies to get attention and has lied in the past about being raped. think back to the Duke Lacrosse outrage and recall the the prosecutor went ahead with the case even though he knew the lying allegations of the mentally ill stripper were palpably false it was only the money of the defendants parents that saved them from gaol - the prosecution wants a conviction at any cost - truth is just a word to these dudes this case will go into legal text books to educate students of the evils of unethical and immoral prosecutions driven by dogma - the feminit hatred of white males  Last edited by shaazam; 20th-June-2009 at 10:43 AM.. Hey you all have to look at this article! I am sure that AKUUS already has but I wanted to share anyway. It has to do with this womans past and it is realy scary. I find it amazing that this poor guy she accused of raping her had to post $800,000 and the prosicution is still pending. It is totaly outragious! This whole thing accentuates the fact that we over idealize women in our society. Yes indeed, there are female psychopaths. There are many that say that proportionaly there are more male than female psychopaths but they are wrong. And there is only one thing you can do with one of these people-throw them in jail. There is no rehabilitating them, there is no making them feel genuine empathy for what they have done. There is no getting them to understand that the people around them are anything else but either worthless and incocequential non beings or agents for their own benefit. EVER! The sad thing is that she is aware of her overprivilaged status as a woman and she will use it to it's greatest extent. And when she gets off scott free, and she probably will, she will do the same thing again and again. The overidealization of women is one of the most dangerous forces inour society.
