Is society waking up?
This is an interesting article, not because it demonstrates the false allegations of rape occur or that the women who make them systematically get away with murder due to such insanely low-standards applied in their favour. Nor am I posting this because I want to piss off the feminists (that's just a bonus).
I post this article because I want you to click the link and read the comments from Joe-Bloggs of the world. Here's a couple of sample comments for your inspection:
Silence from the women's rights brigade who will claim to want 'equality' later and a media blackout for men's rights groups who don't even get any fundung to prevent this kind of thing. The police should protect men (who equally pay Taxes), from these women with an automatic charge there-by sending out the right message. Court's should also give them the maxium fine or, a prison sentence. If the women then think that too harsh, then they can take it to the appeal Court's.What do you expect in feminist biased UK law!(We know the answer to the above comment! Thanks to feminist groups having leverage on police training, as they do with domestic violence training).Utterly stupid Police decision. Why are the police forces of Britain trained to behave like this ?
I ask if society is waking up not just because of the comments themselves, but look at the thumbs-up on these comments... We have comments ranting about the double-standards and such with thumb-ups in the hundreds here. So clearly a lot of readers ARE positively supporting them.
The police, those who are supposed to police our country & apply the laws equally really are taking the piss with how they deal with female criminals.
What I wasn't aware of is the following:‘He [Hollyman] is facing years in prison and she was given a fixed penalty ticket. It almost beggars belief.Another interesting point in the article is this quote:According to Crown Prosecution Service guidance, women who cry rape, so risking the arrest of an innocent man, should normally be charged with perverting the course of justice, which carries a maximum sentence of life. Now, I'm not sure about you folks - I do have a limited degree of sympathy with the guy.. he did what society tells him is right - beat the living shit out of an innocent man based on a woman's words alone. This is, after all, how the police and most of the legal system treat men - they take a woman's word over a man's (or over 4,8,20 men) and beat him up (financially, emotionally, legally, etc.) - However, this guy is a White-Knight and while I do have that limited sense of sympathy for his situation - it IS deserved. He should have got the police to do the work... at least they get paid to batter men senseless. The judge said he was able to reduce Hollyman’s sentence because the ‘provocation is very significant’. He added that Hollyman, from Walsall, was ‘in many ways’ a victim.
Anyway, go read the other comments on this article and please thumb UP the good ones.

Re: Is society waking up?
Yes, the ordinary Joes of this world are certainly sitting up and taking notice; and a few Jills as well who are able to shake off their sexist blinkers. But it is the people who hold the power and make the decisions that are still living in the fantasy land where all men are guilty and women can do no wrong. It is the police who won't do their jobs properly, who protect and encourage the guilty while betraying the innocent; the Crown Prosecution Service that looks at the gender of alleged offenders as a prerequisite of deciding whether to take action or not; and the corrupt, misandric judges who are still incapable of recognising anything bad in the female psyche. And of course the politicians who preside over this shambles and won't lift a finger to change it; and the mass media who perpetuate the stereotypes because they are too lazy or stupid to get at the truth.
So we can see where the battles need to be fought.Civilisation: man's greatest, and most unappreciated, gift to women

Yeah the mask is wearing thin, but then, the mail generally reports these cases well and, disappointingly, still appears to be the only MSM source that will touch them in any serious way.

Re: Is society waking up?
"Yesterday a judge who jailed Cooper’s boyfriend over the attack said the police’s decision not to prosecute her ‘beggared belief’."
An 80 quid fine for the nasty, lying girl? A traffic fine more or less.....
The judge in the case even chastised the cops and crown prosecution.
People are slowly waking up to this incredible misandric double standard.
Now that this "woman", and I use the term with disgust, has shown the world her wonderful personality, I hope all men will remember her photograph and stay away from her. Put her on the false accusers websites, get her name listed and shame the *thing* when ever she pops her head up.

Re: Is society waking up?
With such a tiny fiine and no jail time, this woman has just emboldened the next set of women to cry rape when they don't get their way, or get caught shagging someone other than their husband or boyfriend.
I'm tired of being pissed off at situations like this. This crap has got to stop somehow.

Re: Is society waking up?
Feminists in Australia use to have a special day and an award ceremony for judges to attend and were recognised for lessening sentencing on women and increasing the sentencing for men. They encourage judges to behave in that fashion. Most of the judges who were granted positions over the last ten years are political appointments for just that reason..
This is why those sentences will continue to appear. Those recalcitrant judges have been trained or are part of the problem. They do not follow the law, they follow the feminist doctrine of "Women are always the victim" and the above example is clear proof..

Re: Is society waking up?
Sometimes I wish we had the Napoleonic justice system which enables Judges and Magistrates to initiate and manage investigations and bring prosecutions. Why wait for another bureaucracy to decide to prosecute when perjury is evident right in the Court?

Re: Is society waking up?
For me one of the key indicators of feminism true identity is its absolute failure to get behind fathers groups, how often do we hear feminists (women) complain (falsely) that men don't take enough responsibility for parenting?, you'd think they'd be right behind these desperate Dads trying to be a part of their children's lives, but ................... is that tumble weed I hear rolling across the femisphere? or maybe it's the sound of victim blaming.Thousands of children have spent Christmas without their fathers. That's criminal, Mr Clarke
And that, frankly, is far more of a cause for concern than some dumb spelling mistake.
Quite right, well said.

Re: Is society waking up?
Hmm, as a victim of such law I can say it also means that judges can BLOCK you from going to the prosecutor -so the judge has total power (just like under communism!!!).
Personally I am in favour of Roman Law - where the man has the power of life and death over his household. No feminism issue there (:The greatest enemy of the truth is very often not the deliberate lie - but the persistent, persuasive and unrealistic myth that the lie creates

Re: Is society waking up?
That seems a little extreme, like the pendulum would have swung too far, much too far, the opposite way.
Currently, as we see in this example, women have full control over a man's wellbeing. One false allegation is all she need make and his life is set on a path of destruction, either via legal bankruptcy or via White Knights syndrome getting the better of him.
I don't think a like-for-like reversal would do anyone any favours.►My blog / Your Blog
