The courts, judges, prosecutors, and police don't give a toss if a man accused of rape is innocent and falsely accused. It's a numbers game and a money maker for everyone involved with the exception of the falsely accused guy.

We've all seen the depths the prosecutors and police will sink to to get a conviction, just look at what happened to the Duke Lacrosse players.

Prosecutors don't respect the falsely accused man, they are in the game to get convictions, often unethically if they can't use evidence to convince a jury.

There needs to be an effective deterrent to stop unethical woman from filing false rape claims. A stiff fine coupled with some jail time if the complaint is proven to be motivated by extortion, revenge, desire to punish a man for what ever trans gression he may have committed.

It will never happen as long as men are considered to be disposable by society. It won't happen because there are women who consider any sexual contact between a man and woman to be rape. The incredible thing is that people listen to the women who espouse such vitriol and misandry.

Society will cluck their tongues and say "Oh that poor guy, he really got screwed over by that woman" and of course NOTHING will happen except for the occasional suicide of a man who's life was ruined by a lying woman and a judicial system hellbent on destroying him at all costs, just so they get more funding and praise from feminists for being so proactive in prosecuting rapists.
