    Man sued by female co-workers

Kansas Lawyer Accused Of Secretly Recording Workers' Underwear - Careers Articles

Summary: young good-looking lawyer is being sued by his female co-workers for allegedly hiding a cell phone camera under their desks and recording them.

..... Something doesn't smell right here. I smell a false accusation. Why?

    • First, do you have any idea how hard it is to hide a cell phone under a desk? What'd he do duct tape it to the desk wall?
    • Second, why would a young sharp looking lawyer need to do such a thing? I'm sure he doesn't have any problems with the ladies. It's not like he's a shy type he's a personal injury lawyer! Those guys make their living off being forward and good with people.
    • Third, how did they get evidence for this? It's not like people are going to volunteer their cell phone if they're doing something like that. So they would have had to steal it. In which case, the evidence is most likely fabricated. If he really did do it then the evidence should still be deemed inadmissible. It's illegally procured. But that won't be considered because this is an evil dirty man peeking at girls panties.

Ho's please... You're just pissed he didn't want to look at your panties.

And fourth, who the hell would do this when there's free porn on them world wide internets?! I'm sure there's an entire genre of pornography devoted to peeking up chick's skirts. Seriously, I don't get how they think this legit happened. The world is so lucky I'm not a judge. If this came into my court I'd laugh my ass off and dismiss it for being asinine.

Let me guess, the primary objective is to falsely accuse the young man of sexual misconduct so that the gold digging parasite can cash in her chips and not have to work a day in her pampered life.

    Sound familiar?
    Greed is for amateurs.
Knowledge without wisdom is a load of books on the back of an ass.
Scorn and mockery towards men in need is one of the reasons feminism is dying as we speak!.

    TWADDLE!

Or as 'Muse' put it -asinine.

But instead of debating the minor details of this very silly case, shouldn't we be asking what kind of society allows such utter trivia into a court of law?

The man only has to be accused by women and his face is plastered. This crap is more fake than WWE.
When I do this, and I know I will, it will be comparable to the lame learning to walk, the blind being enabled to see and the suffocated breathing again. The sky isn't the limit; there are no limits.

Could it have been one of those desks with a pull out drawer underneath?

But you made a good point about evidence. What evidence do they have? Did they see the phone and take it and keep it for evidence? If not then it's a case of he said she said. Isn't the justice system supposed to be innocent until proven guilty (obviously not when a female accuses a male of a sex crime).

Maybe he knew what underwear the women had been wearing because they all flashed him. There's countless times that I've seen a female coworker flash someone else in the office for a joke or flirt. Maybe the women didn't want their husbands finding out that they were the office tease.....yet again, women with the accusations to make themselves look so sweet and innocent.....

    When a man flashes a woman, it's a crime...

When a woman is the victim of a flasher, she needs support...

When a woman flashes an office full of men, she's just "a bit naughty"...

Many women are fucking clowns and I don't expect them to "get that", I mean, why would they? As long as we "get it" and get ours they are of little relevance. Leave it to a woman to absolutely destroy a man's life or attempt to do so and still pretend to be the innocent party.

I know that I sound sexist but 50% or more of adult women are probably misandrous anyway and it's because of women that this kind of stuff happens. There's no getting around that.
