So, where is this "New York-based organization Human Rights Watch", when right in front of their noses (example), father rights activists in New York get arrested for protesting "against child custody, which normally goes to the mother in USA"?

Hypocrites. "Human" Rights Watch indeed. More like Female Rights Watch.
