You're missing the big picture. Feminism is on its way out, Men's movement is on its way up.

They've had 100 years, men's issues have only been at this for a decade, and only seriously for half a decade.

They have government, PC and media backing, men's issues have NO backing and infact are ridiculed.

To achieve 1/4 of the results with 1/10000 of the support and backing, is an amazing feat, and especially when you see the growth rate. Think long-term... Chart the progress, not the current state.

Excitement leads to productivity and motivation. "Realism" and "pessimism" leads to stagnation.

The more you cherish your victories, the more motivated and encouraged you feel to win even more battles. Seeing how fruitful your work is, you get that extra boost you need to run that last mile (and not quit). Of course, assuming you had initial motivation to begin with...

One of my credit cards has a monthy rate of x% and therefore I generally asume that the annual percentage rate will be somewhat higher than 12x%..

The basic Jismt of what I was trying to metaphallically demonstrate is that just because something is growing one cannot presume it will continue to grow at the same rate, or at all..

There is a natural levelling out that occurs when optimum size is reached..

Yes. But One has to build on success, not "rest on ones laurels" as it were..

Many of the "long timers" are both realistic and pessimistic, but that does not stop them keep plodding on, in hope..

"Victories" are achieved on the "battlefield" not "in the mess room"..
