Why alter something that isn't broken? Why do all major ethnicities have to be represented in the same amount everywhere? It doesn't matter who those people are, but what is important is that they have really earned those jobs, prove that they've got the required skills and do their professions well.
In other professions for example plumbers are mostly men, but they don't request it to be changed to make (force) it more "equal". They only want to change these kinds of higher up professions, precisely because women don't (or most are incapable) of doing harder, dirtier work as a serious profession for long periods. They only seek the easier, safer, cleaner jobs. They call that equality? Nitpicking certain jobs. Strange isn't it? This web site is financed partly through advertising.
