I don't have a problem with the 'concept' of marriage itself (a loving union). Just not in it's current destructive modern form. It's a contract that needs major overhaul and the realization within the people (generally) that we can devise our own marriage contracts without including the state as a third-party which will seek to wreck all that can be good.

Also, never register your marriage. It is begging the state what is your natural right to do. This way you allow the state into your life. It is your inalienable right to decide how you personally devise your 'union' and the state has no right to input upon this. Don't let them tell you otherwise. Notice how 'friends and family' are brainwashed into getting you hitched? To what end one might ask? A one-sided contract for sure! Break from the herd.
