Psychic attack

I'm hesitant to post this here (I'm new, and it’s only marginally associated with divorce, but that’s the most relevant spot I could find) so I’ll just test the water before jumping right in. I reckon this may turn out to be the reason I joined this site, but then it may just be waaaay too weird.

I broke up with my ex last May – she told me to leave so I did, she told me to come back and I didn’t. There’s been very little contact since then, but I got the first text from her in 6 months on Friday evening. I was expecting it from 3 hours before it arrived when I recognised a palpable sensation like she was standing right next to me.

Here it is:

“I ve only just started to find myself again . And i don’t suppose it means Jack shit to You except to say that You are entirely worthless piece of crap and You better watch out cos i Will Fuck You Up Good and Proper its called Karma and shes an beautiful and evil bitch don’t reply just do me a favour and die”

Now, ordinarily you’d just write this off as a pissed up psycho, but then, this woman is a 52 year old (14yrs my senior) midwife, celtic High Priestess, lifelong energy worker, gatekeeper, south Welsh brought up in Margate, was on the festy circuit for years while she was on the run from some irish bods, used to hang with the Hells Angels, ran pubs in Bristol, known for bottling people over the head, etc, etc, etc, ad infinitum.

Very much a man’s woman, you guys would love her. Please do, she's also mental.

But I’ve had over a decade’s close-quarter experience with no-limits, neutral alignment bipolar people. That’s why I can’t fekin believe I let myself get sucked in! I guess I was pretty deluded to think I could handle her with the state I was in at the time. I can see exactly how she did it now the veil has lifted. It would be embarrasing if the experience wasn't priceless!

So, would anyone be interested in a thread on 'witchcraft'? As she would say, ALL women have the inate capacity to be witches, whether they choose to or not. A 'witch' is just a 'wise woman'.

My understanding is that, once recognised, a psychic attack can be defended by various techniques but an intentional experienced one is dangerous, and a failed attack will magnify and rebound on the assailant (I know this from my kung fu). If she’s really going to play 'no limits' then one of us is going to die, and its not going to be me.

Unfortunately, denial is not an adequate defence. I'm not in fear of this either - just a healthy respect putting my guard up.

Any thoughts folks?

Well Shapeshifter I'm not sure you want to hear from me or not seeing as how we maybe have some very big diffrences in what we beileve in.

Point being I was in the whole New Age/Wicca deal and I realized it's nothing but a lie to me personal and since I became a christain(GASP SHOCK

) I don't see anything of worth in the Magic of Wicca/New Age.
But you beileve it's real from your post, best thing to do is not to worry about, you know how things come back on people not matter what they bevileve, Karma's a bitch is the right say if you understand, so don't sweat it and this person who is pulled these types of attacks can harm in that way because it will come crashing down on her worse then what she has tried to do to you.
HOWEVER!
From the sounds of this person you might want to take some from of pyshcial protecttion because this person sounds like a dangourus vindictive ass harpy so I'd get some restraining orders against her and start hanging around people you trust because she soulds like a loony toon who might be out to di you some very violent hard.

But that does not mean you act like some peroid persons how is jumping at shadows, if you know any matiral arts then be ready to use them even though I hope to hell you will not have use such skills and if you don't know matiral arts I sugest you take it up not only because it might save your ass but it is also a good work out for mind and body as well as giving you an outlet for your energy.
Lastly and most importanly DO NOT GIVE INTO FEAR.
Stand tall, stand storng because you are a MAN and even though many may disagree with me on what I'm about to say
Men are better then women.

But just because we are better then women that does not give us a licence to act like a much of women hating assholes.

Hi Karhan, thanks for your comments. I reckon there's not such a big difference - I was brought up in a big Roman Catholic family and, though I don't join any congregation these days due to differences of opinion, my faith is very strong. Please don't think she's got me bovvered.

The body is what it is though. I've been studying Wing Chun kung fu some 18 years now (she did try to hit me once. Ha ha.) and energy play is very real... ask the CIA. Perhaps there were good 'new-age scientific' reasons why JC gave the teaching he did? Wasn't he the first hippy? How he suggested we should live is the best method of protection against psychic attack, primarily by building a healty aura and, if I may talk like a spoon for a moment, having the love in the heart dispelling any negativity or fear.

There is no 'spell' or 'hex' that she can make that has any strength at all except the strength that you choose to give it. It is meaningless if you do not believe. If you do believe, try prayer. Nothing is stronger than positive energy that comes directly from our hearts. If you can muster a genuine desire to wish her wellness and healing (despite the distress she's causing you), that's really powerful.

Bugger the hex, take this to a magistrate and ask for a AVO. When you get it (you have the evidence) you can put a notice in the newspapers naming her and her threats.

Well my young friend you should take Percy's advice and have some restrainging orders put on this person, also you might want to consider having her commited is she is as unstable as she souds not only for your safety but for the safety of the public, that's the best advice I can give you, also make sure that you have some good friends to stand up for you if it comes down to a violent confrentaion with this person

All I can say is just cut off all contact with this woman. You will gain nothing from interacting with her and in fact she has got it set up to where if you have any relationship with her at all then she will harm you. That is the way that people like her are.
