    There are some restrains on attachments, that picture for example might be too big. You can try to upload it via photobucket and link it here. (I can do it for you if you don´t know how)

    Say Dick and Jane had prior jobs in another field. Or. Dick had a job in another field which he has lost and Jane did not have a job at all.

    Both start their 'training' with no advantage vis a vis one another.

    Jane cannot claim that as a woman she had been 'held back' as they are both starting from a position of untrained novice.

    So what imaginative excuse is there for such sexual discrimination aganst Jack?

    What imaginative excuse is there for Jane to getting $13395 of taxpayer's money and Dick getting sod all?
