Community of the Wrongly Accused: Barbaric: It is 'worth the risk' to punish innocent college men in order to nab more sex offenders
The University of Maryland's student newspaper is running a story today about how the university lowered its standards for finding students guilty of sexual misconduct earlier this semester, in compliance with new federal "Dear Colleague" mandate. The story includes this stunning quotation: "[F]reshman electrical engineering major Steph Winter said letting someone guilty of a serious crime go unpunished would be more harmful than finding an innocent person guilty. It’s obviously one of the big side effects, if it could result in an innocent person being found guilty,” she said. “But I think sexual assault is such a big issue that it’s worth the risk.”
Translation: Even if you're not guilty, you deserve to catch hell because you're a male.
Greed is for amateurs.
Knowledge without wisdom is a load of books on the back of an ass.
Scorn and mockery towards men in need is one of the reasons feminism is dying as we speak!.

This is just more evidence that men need men-only facilities, just like women have women-only facilities, in which women are under no circumstances allowed to enter, ever: gyms, clubs, restrooms, locker rooms, lounges, etc. It's for our sanity and safety. People suffer from this misconception that men are predators looking at women as sexual prey. It's actually the opposite. We are the prey for women's manipulation and lies.
"Rights for women and responsibilities for men is really license for women, slavery for men, and liberty for neither. " Dylan MacVillain

The biting reality is, sexual assault isn't a 'big issue' either on campus or in the wider social beyond. This sentiment flips on its head a long-settled principle of law famously expressed by the celebrated English jurist William Blackstone: it is "better that ten guilty persons escape than that one innocent suffer." (Commentaries on the Laws of England, 1765.)
Obviously if you lower standards as to what constitutes 'sexual misconduct' invariably you will fulfill the criteria to fit the demonizing male narrative.
Feminism continues to deviously undermine the jurisprudence to which law is built upon and overly impinge upon it's civilized workings! This moral perversion of justice must be steadfastly opposed and it's repugnant advocates driven back into the sea of piss from whence they slithered from.Last edited by Celtic Druid; 13th-May-2012 at 12:11 AM.

And if it were the other way around? Would these feminists say "throw her in jail until she's proven innocent"? No, they are so self-centered that they can't even see their own flesh rotting with corruption.
