TWO wins for Truth, in one week.

Two false accusers - women of course - have had their cases exposed by Courts.

    What a change !

One in the UK gets 14 months jail, and the other in Oz told to repay costs of $5.8 million.

John Lewis assistant, 21, advertised herself as 'bondage princess', had sex session with stranger... and then cried rape because she was trying for baby with boyfriend

A John Lewis sales assistant has been jailed for crying rape after becoming embarrassed by a sadomasochistic sex session she arranged with a stranger.

Kirsty Sowden, 21,met the man she would go on to accuse of attacking her after advertising herself on a website for no-strings-attached encounters.

Former banker ordered to pay $5.8m

    http://news.smh.com.au/breaking-news-national/former-banker-ordered-to-pay-58m-20120420-1xc96.html

A former Commonwealth Bank worker who lost her sexual harassment and bullying case against the company has been ordered by the Federal Court to pay more than $5.8 million in costs.

Vivienne Dye's case against Commonwealth Bank and Commonwealth Securities was dismissed inSydney last month after Justice Robert Buchanan found she had embellished and fabricated her case "as though it was a novel".

Ms Dye, who worked for CommSec between March 2005 and November 2007, had sued the bank for sexual harassment, sex discrimination, disability discrimination, victimisation, breach of contract, injurious falsehood and defamation among others.

But her case was dismissed after Justice Buchanan found the allegations she made were "in substance false" and should not have been made or pursued.

The Oz woman (who, by the way, is a very attractive woman) who beggars belief that she should have tried such a stunt, will not be able to pay of course so gets away with it.

Frankly, were I the judge, I would rule that any man who takes up with her under the present rules (marriage, cohabitation, shacking up for a fortnight etc) will be liable for the sum too. And she should have her wages garnisheed, just like a dicorced father has. That should send the right message and keep men right away from the liar.

Re: TWO wins for Truth, in one week.

You beat me to it, Percival.

As always, the 'real' victims here are women:

'Rape is a dreadful crime. False allegations of rape undermine the plight of genuine victims.'

'The position of the group is unanimous in condemning any woman, or indeed any man, who makes false allegations because of the harm to genuine rape victims'

'Every woman who makes a false cry of rape makes it harder for real victims to be believed. Their lies mean real rapists get off and can rape again - or even kill.'
No, this isn't about your imaginary rape victims - this is about how a man can have his life destroyed simply on the word of a woman. This one has been caught yet only gets 7 months in jail ? (in the UK, real sentence = sentence / 2)

You've got to wonder how many innocent men are languishing in jail

Malcolm Gilbert, who works for rape charity Family Matters, today condemned Sowdens actions.

He said: 'The position of the group is unanimous in condemning any woman, or indeed any man, who makes false allegations because of the harm to genuine rape victims, to undermine the whole business of rape.
This scumbag sickens me.. the last part is very telling imo

Not at all. It's par for the course.
