    Re: Sentencing Women Offenders: A Training Curriculum for Judges

    A case is made for gender specific programming based upon a review of women's pathways into crime. Among those forces that contribute to female criminal behavior are repeated victimization, use of drugs for self-medication, gender entrapment, and economic marginalization. These life experiences are not addressed by rehabilitation programs for men. Therefore, programs are needed that specifically address the needs of female offenders.
    The logic here escapes me. If these items are not addressed for men, then they should be, shirley? But the curricilum fails to consider that.

    For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,
    against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. “

    this is the two tier law operating in Western nations - one for "chauvinistic pigs" and the other for wimyn

    not only do wimyn conduct their selves under differnt much more indulgent set of rules for personal conduct but the law is obviously to be interprested to wimyn's advantage with watered down sentences for major crime;

    some judges may still be operating under the older notions of sentencing and this seminar is to acquaint them with the appplication of law for sentencing of wimyn miscreants to feminit rules - " you have suffered enough no custodial sentence necessary"

    This is one of the reasons why the American judicial system is so completely female chauvinist.
