Would this be the same case that led to an appeal in the state of CA and a victory for men? If I remember right, the court found that men do not have equal resources when it comes to DV and this was found to be unconstitutional.

What I'm wondering is.....what has changed in CA since this ruling? Does anybody know?

I expect if a particular leo pointed out the bias skewing justice toward the feminits he would loose his commission pretty quick

the leos know which side their bread is buttered on

they have theri invoices to meet too like the rest of the MRM
