A federal judge is recommending that a discrimination lawsuit filed by a male nurse in Bangor not go to a jury. U.S. Magistrate Judge Margaret Kravchuk says Daniel Lufkin was not subjected to severe or pervasive acts of discrimination or ridicule.MoreIn his lawsuit, Lufkin claimed he was sexually harassed. He alleged that the female nursing staff made comments such as "men are jerks" and "men are idiots" and discriminated against him.
