I do take this seriously, but I am going to play devils advocate here for a moment.

First, I would like to say that same-gender "romantic" relations are perverted and I will not play devils advocate for those.

Now, let's say a young man, who is capable of getting married, finds one girl in particular attractive. She is young enough that some may call him a paedophile yet old enough that she is no longer a little kid. He is not attracted in other girls of her age group, but does find some girls in his age group to be attractive. Should this young man be labeled with paedophilia and given treatment, or is this something that could be the beginning of a long, loving, healthy relationship?

Excellent! This is what I have been claiming! So at the very least they ought to treat female teachers having sex with minors the same as male teachers having sex with minors. There simply are no excuses for this double standard!

I was a conversation in a PM earlier with another member and it sort of touches on this. If a teenage girl gets raped, she knows that the appropriate reaction is to be traumatized. That's what society expects and she will milk it for what it's worth. If a teenage boy gets raped, even molested by a person in authority, he also knows the appropriate reaction. He knows that he won't be taken seriously by anyone and he may even be teased for complaining about it. So he keeps his mouth shut as to avoid humiliation.

What the hell is this shit? Are you using logic in matters pertaining to women and pedophilia? Shame on you, you know that women can do no wrong and if your logic disagrees with that, well your logic must be wrong!

No seriously, I completely agree with you. It's amazing how people can scream that girls mature faster and not see this logic. Yes, girls have been known to manipulate teachers into sex for a better grade. Girls have been known to manipulate alot of people into sex to get what they want and sometimes it happens BEFORE the girls reach the age of 18.

People have to understand that sex is a females tool and they will use it to their advantage.
