We came to the conclusion that they have bouncers for female strippers and not for male strippers.

Yes, but HIV is transmitted through bodily fluids, normally semen, vaginal lubrication from the the Bartholin's glands, and blood, but also through other bodily fluids, albeit rare, even after the fluid has dried (depending on which you ask, researchers or the government).
