Well, yes. Since everyone agrees the girl was not touched, he is convicted of "Visual Sexual Aggression Against a Child" -- the crime of having a child see his genitals. He does six months in jail. He's placed on the Sex Offender Registry for the next 10 years.'

Here in England is not considered an assault if you are touched for example, in a crowded train, walking on a busy pavement, or any public place were crowds gather and unintentional grazing of people while walking often happens.

Unfortunately, women are easily paranoid about who touches the children. Especially when the father/ex-husband is around. However, the new man is usually fine, or so she chooses to believe.

The sex offence is just another weapon of the feminazi!!!

Carnies don't need to be touching kids' (or anyone else's) bottoms. It's not a job requirement. If it's happens, it probably should be considered worthy of investigating further.

I think some of these families should consider suing the feminist group who demanded that these strict guidelines be inacted. I can guarantee U, that a feminist group was somehow in some way behind these guidelines.
