First, there are women out there, and a lot more than you might think, that simply cannot have an orgasm. Some women have physiologies that make it virtually impossible to have a full orgasmic experience. I dated a girl like this once and it was very frustrating at first but I learned to accept it. I mean I could have put a jack hammer to her and she still wouldn't get there. She was totally honest about it too and nevertheless really enjoyed sex but just didn't have an orgasm.
I am quickly approaching middle age and have never been married so have had a fair amount of sexual partners and I can confidently say that 90% of a woman’s orgasm is not dependant on the man but rather on her. Her sexuality, self confidence, and physiological propensity to have an orgasm all come into play. So if a woman doesn't have an orgasm it us usually by no fault of the man. Most women understand this.
This whole thing about lying doesn't upset me all that much either. Trust me there were many times that I wish I could have faked an orgasm but being a man that is virtually impossible. And if I could have I would have in many of those cases because women DO GET PISSED OFF when you don’t toss one out during sex. Like men, it is a blow to their self esteem and they become resentful real quick. It's the same thing really.
The thing that upsets me is that advertisers use these common quarks in sex and sexuality between the sexes to cajole men into buying a stupid energy drink. The objectification of men as sex tools in the ad is what gets me.

I hear what you are saying but I find it repugnet that women are always so pushy for an orgasm, I also understand about the presure aspict of sex which is a major labido killer but yet it seems to me that not matter how a man tries to talk about problems in the bedroom most women shut them out and blame the man for their fridgety, the best way I find to having a helath orgasmic love session is to not only convince yourself that there is no presure but also to convince your lover that there is no presure.
And yes I find this ad disgusting in the exterm, it's ok to see men as sex object/atms/sperm banks but yet women harp about how men treat them like sex objects.

Imagine if a company used such overt, underhanded tactics to sell a product to women. There would be outrage. I wonder what would happen if I marketed a product that does the opposite of an energy drink, like some Valerian root infused tea. I could say men are unsatisfied with women's constant yapping, so women need to chill the f$%k out with my new drink in order to satisfy their men.
