"Well I guess that means me. I am one of those fathers who aggressively litigate against the mother of my children.

But wait, why do I do these evil things? It could not do with the fact that she has never followed any of the many court orders could it? Or could it not be due to the fact that she causes problems with my access at every chance she can? Or could it not be due to the fact that she refuses to allow me to change my support to reflect my actual earnings? Or could it not be due to her abandoning my children at a shelter instead of letting me or my family look after them? Or could it be the numerous lies she has put into the over 50 affidavits in the past 5 years? How about the fact that she has still not returned my property that she was ordered to do? How about the fact that she refuses to inform me of my children's medical check ups, and fails to follow with t! he recommendations of the doctors?

So I also wonder how I am impoverishing her? She receives over $20,000 in direct support from me per year, and she receives another $5000yr in payments for schooling fees, and medical expenses. She also receives child tax benefits of about $8000yr. She also receives support for her other illegitimate child of about $5000-10,000yr, and she was also earning $24000yr from working. This works out to somewhere around $55000-$65000yr, and she still gets legal aid.

So how can I be the one impoverishing her? Perhaps if she followed one court order as ordered, then she would not be aggressively litigated against! "

This happened to me...so maybe I'm not the right person to defend your position or go against it.

My ex used the court system (abused the court system) for a year during our divorce. He continuously brought me in on hearings that were ridiculous in nature, and did so only to prolong the inevitable (which was the finalization of our divorce)...he figured that if he prolonged it, he could make me run out of money (to pay my attorney fees with) and in so doing, I'd drop the divorce. Eventually, the judge figured out what he was doing and put a stop to the nonsense. But it took awhile for the judge to catch on. And in the end, he was ordered to pay my attorney fees.

I know that both men and women use these tactics...it's not gender specific. That much I will concede. I won't say it doesn't happen, though...because from my own experience, I know it does.

With respect, Tera, you were fortunate to have a vagina. The judge was on your side all the time and would have found against you husband as a metter of course sometime or other.

Every year they 'Conference' and make outrageous claims, distort statistics and demean men. They are the equivalent to the Comintern. They are paid a fortune by the Guverncunt to agitate and propagandize in order to justify VAWA, which is there as a super slush fund to buy women's votes.

Whenever anyone tries to argue against their awful lies, as Outdoors does above, there is always a Tera - a nice woman in herself- who will step forward as a dupe to shoot down the message.
