May I point out, as indeed it would be expected, that what consenting adults do with their own bodies is in my view a matter for themselves to consider and arrange, the state does not need to control this in the main as intelligent people (or dumb buggers) are more than capable of wieghing it all up and taking responsibility for their own actions and the consequences of them. To state that one group needs a safe place, when others dont, is ludicrous.. Every human being needs a place of safety.. Now then, its just a matter of who is prepared to provide that..
