If you have noted that the state seems to want to irradicate parents from childrens live's by stealth, good observation.. Seems we are about 30% of the way through that process after a century or so of it and until the majority of kids don't know who there parents are, I guess the state still has some way to go before the concept of "parent" has become completely non biologically based..

Contempt of court is a punishment - usually involving prison time or perhaps a fine. If a judge decrees you are "in contempt of court" (literally meaning you have not respected the rules or judgements of the court - you have held them "in contempt") you will usually be removed from the court and held in prison until such time as a) decreed by the judge under applicable law or b) you have in some way rectified your actions which led to you being held in contempt (e.g. in the case where someone is held in contempt of court for refusing to answer questions/provide information requested by the judge, if they then volunteer that information, they may be released).

Why should a man have to go through years of court hearings, lose everything and still have to defend himself even after a court of family law has stated and judged him fit to be in his sons life. Taking a son away from his dad for no good reason is worst than cutting his dick off. This is pure evil and it is allowed throughout the family court system. Feminism has spun quite the web.

This is why men need to wise the fuck up and stay the fuck out of the family abbatoir.. No good comes from stepping into the slaughterhouse of the family court.. Yet not only the authorities, but also the supposed campaigners against the system keep telling men and fathers to USE those entities! By using the courts, you validate them.. But I have been trying to get that point across to the dumbfucks in the "equal parenting" type groups for years and they are deaf to wisdom and logic, clearly, they are happy to exist off their share of the Bum-Gravy that can be had from the system..

Any man/father who thinks he will get justice in Canada's family court system is iether a fool or very wealthy.
