Below seems like a fancy way to say "It's ok to punish men harsher for identical crimes than women... because they're men and for no other reason whatsoever.

However, they will not protect men from the dangers our early sexual activity. Only men are being held accountable & responsible while women are given a free pass to do as they please, knowing only men will be punished... as is typical.

He had not sought a declaration that the law was incompatible with the State’s obligations under the convention, the Chief Justice noted.

So a 15 year old boy having sex with a 14 year old girl is illegal?

How about a 15 year old girl having sex with a 13 year old boy? A 16 year old girl having sex with a 14 year old boy? The way the law was just interpreted the boy would be guilty of a criminal sexual offense.

This is just pure misandric madness in the Irish Supreme court. I really empathize with our young lads these days. They get fucked over by the system for doing what boys do and for merely being boys.

I don't know how, but we have to destroy this mess the feminists have created.

Under the Irish Supreme Courts ruling I would be convicted because when I was 16 years old and had sex with a girl who was 15 years, 10 months old. Dinosaurs and sabre toothed Tigers were still roaming the earth back then.

According to the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act 2006, sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 17 is a crime, but a girl who has sex while aged under 17 is not guilty of any offence.

A whopping misandric double standard of epic magnitude.

“Yes, of course girls are the ones that get pregnant,” she said. “But then it’s about what supports does that girl need, as opposed to criminalising one part of the relationship. And so will the father need support. But we’re trying to prevent children from having underage sex by criminalising them.”

The law ONLY criminalizes the BOY. The girls can get away with shagging every boy within miles and not be held accountable for anything. Nothing in the girls actions would be considered "criminal" simply because she is a weak, feeble minded female who the state needs to take care of.

The court ruling isn't only Misandric, it's extremely sexist and misogyny at it's core.

No wonder boys feel the need to riot, smash things, and loot. The courts and laws fuck them over. The school system with it's feminist indoctrination alienates them. The politically correct vilify them.

There truly is a WAR AGAINST BOYS taking place. So what can we do about it? We've got to get quite noisy about the situation and get some political actions started.

If we don't speak up, the alternative is unthinkable.

We're constantly reminded that girls mature faster than boys. There is therefore a case for making the age of criminal responsibilty LOWER for girls, not higher.

For some time, I've questioned as to how the feminists think that INequality can equal equality; and to counter this, they have now come up with "indirect inequality". Brilliant! "Indirect inequality; serving feminists' equality/inequality double standards since 2012!".

An interesting point about this is case and ruling is that it relates to a 2006 law i.e. it isn't a very old law.

"Teenage girls are immune from prosecution"

The basic logic is that because a girl can choose to get pregnant and has all the power in her hands (abortion, give birth, allow the father to have a relationship with their child or disallow the father), then only males should be prosecuted.

This doesn't make any sense.. it's just blatant sexism as promoted by feminists.

This is absurd... I am freaked out by the whole thing.

The excuse of pregnancy cannot be considered reasonable until they stop making men and boys pay child support for children that they were tricked into, or even as a result of female-on-male rape.

So a mature sophisticated 16 yr old girl can seduce a 12yr old boy for reasons of personal gratification and be immune from prosecution. In fact he is liable to prosecution and in fact she can complain to the police.

So in short, in Ireland girls can have sex at any age, boys cannot. Wow.
