The BBC has decreed that its new ‘bite-size’ news bulletins must be presented by young and attractive women, according to claims.Funny how equal opportunities go out of the window when it would involve women getting less of anything.
Natasha Kaplinsky has already been chosen to present the one minute national news, aimed at younger viewers with a short attention span, and the corporation is in the process of selecting presenters for the accompanying regional news slot, lasting 30 or 40 seconds.

With only 45 seconds to get a message across, the viewer wants to see someone who can grab attention and can establish trustworthiness and authority straight away. Nice tits might do the first bit.
But in my long experience the only people one can truely trust and be assured of speaking with authority, dignity, credibility, and fine dulcet tones, are short, fat, hairy chaps with beards who appear in clouds of tobacco smoke from a good pipe...... like me.
