Just look at the phrases used to write this article, e.g.; she could go and, was given the warning and, she should receive and, "we have some sympathy" (the judge) and, "if you turn up again" (the judge) etc.

It is amazingly revealing the use of such language on how the courts gives so much laxity to women who commit offences. It is also remarkable that the courts tolerate such a woman to keep custody of the child. A father lose custody of his children for far less serious incidents.
What the judge should have done was that remove the custody of the child first, and give the child to the father. Hence, removing the obstacle the child has become. Then apply the relevant law removing any laxity that may be sex gender instigated. It is preposterous to carry on giving warnings to a person who dismisses responsibility as an inconvinience.
How much longer all this nonesense has to continue?
