A man in Leduc, Alberta, Canada has 12 beers and two T3 Tylenols and is involved in "consensual" sexual activity with a couple that is filmed, he complains to the police later. He is considered capable of informed consent and charged with filing a false report. If this was a woman they would have rolled out the red carpet for her and charged everyone in sight with people ending up in jail and reputations ruined for life.

This is a massive double standard. This guy needs a better lawyer and where are the rape crisis girls when you need them? The lawyer, the Crown Prosecutors and the Judge need to go to re-education classes.

A man is considered capable of informed consent if he has a pulse. If he doesn't, well the woman won't get charged with Necrophilia. She'll sue his estate for being dead with no wood thus denying her sex and abusing her affections.

The problem as to consent not only rests with the judiciary, but probably more importantly with the police on the frontline.

They've been spoon fed a sickly diet of feminism/political correctness from primary school, university through to police college. Many police graduates become hollow and unthinking stormtroopers to the predominant politics of the day. A significant number certainly have moral principles, but this is overwhelmed by the overriding pressure to conform or be ridiculed, rejected and ostracized.

It goes without saying this story highlights hypocrisy of biblical proportions. And i'd like to reassert my premise that engulfment of the penis by the vagina whilst intoxicated is no different than 'penetration' when consent is being discussed.
